Myndfulness.io was started with a passionate question one late summer evening after dinner among a small circle of gifted and compassionate friends who are health psychologists. We asked: What is the simplest, most effective and scientifically proven method to help reduce unnecessary suffering and increase compassion. In unison, we said: Mindfulness Training!
Transform A Mind, Transform A Life
The brain is like a tree. Each brain nerve cell enlarged a thousandfold looks like a tree. What constantly flows through the mind, shapes the brain and body - the nervous system. The mind is the software of the brain and the brain feeds the rest of the body what is flowing through into the branches and back into the roots called your life. Life inevitably leads to suffering and learning to relate differently to the struggles leads to more compassion for our inner and outer worlds, a new life.
